Using the site

You may browse, read, print, and share pages for your own personal, educational, or purchasing purposes. Do not scrape the site, republish it, or use it to build a competing product.

Our content

All text, cover art, interior illustrations, book titles, series names, and the Spence Heritage Press name and logo are owned by us or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a book does not transfer any of those rights.

Classroom and program use

Reading our books aloud to a class, a group, or a residential community is welcome and needs no permission. Photocopying pages, scanning a book, or distributing digital copies is not permitted. If you need multiple copies, the bulk pricing exists for exactly that.

Depictions of real people

Our illustrations are original stylized interpretations created for educational and biographical purposes. They are not photographic reproductions and assert no likeness rights. Spence Heritage Press is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any person depicted or their estate.

Accuracy

We work to keep prices, availability, and specifications current, but this site may contain errors. The price on an issued quote governs a direct order. The retailer's page governs a retail purchase.

We link to Amazon and other sites we do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty
